We do undertake small commercial projects which to date, has included access and WC block refurbishment works at an elderly persons day centre and internal general arrangement office refurbishment works. Although asked to undertake restaurant extensions and refurbishment works on other occasions, we were too heavily committed to other projects to undertake the work at those times. As can thus be seen from the variety of project types listed, we are willing and able to undertake a number of different project types although, due to the size of this practice, we do only consider smaller scale projects. Many light commercial projects at this time, include specific works to improve the accessibility of various business premises for users with disabilities. The technical architectural aspect of such work can easily be combined, if required, with the service and expertise available through our access consultancy to provide either the full advice and design service or simply the service of design in relation to a brief drawn up by others following an independent access audit, for example.
